Alan has been in practice in St Andrews since 1972, initially with the firm of Cantlay & Caithness, before its merger with Murray & Donald.
Alan is the third generation of the Caithness family to practise law in the town following his grandfather and father. He specialises in wills, trust and executry work and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
