Since joining our firm from a large Edinburgh practice, where he specialised in corporate finance, Alistair has continued to focus on commercial law. He advises on all aspects of company law and on intellectual property issues.
Alistair acts for some of Scotland's leading names in the golf world where he is developing a growing reputation. He also specialises in assisting university spin outs and SMEs where he applies his experience of having previously advised venture capital investors.
Alistair advises company boards of directors and attends the board meetings of several of the firm's commercial clients.
