Ann joined the firm in September 2005 after working as a solicitor in local government in Dumfries and Perth respectively, where she specialised in conveyancing. Ann brings a public entity experience to private practice which is valuable when dealing with local government on a range of issues.
Ann is experienced in a range of private client work but specialises in property related issues acting for individuals, farmers and commercial clients on all matters relating to property including leases, Section 75 agreements with local authorities pursuant to planning applications being granted and residential and commercial purchases and sales.
