Murray Donald Drummond Cook provides liquor licensing advice to a wide variety of clients, including clubs, restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs and shops.
Our services include the following:-
- applications for premises licences and personal licences under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005;
- all other types of applications under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 including applications to transfer, extend or amend existing licences;
- applications under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976; and
- representation of your interest at licensing board hearings.
