Lynn is a Writer to the Signet and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She heads up our private client team and has considerable expertise in the ever more complicated environment in which private client practitioners operate.
Supervising and overseeing the private client team's administration of trusts and executries, Lynn also provides our clients with advice on tax planning and estate planning. Private client work encompasses all aspects of legal life planning including powers of attorney, will drafting, guardianship/intervention orders and living wills. Lynn can guide clients through these often complex areas of the law to achieve the desired objectives.
