Please read the following notes carefully before completing an application form.
All applications will be considered. Allocation WILL NOT be on a first come first served basis. Applications must be completed legibly, in full and submitted to us, with your viewing preferences, no later than 12 noon on 12th February, 2010.
Please note applications returned after this time will not be considered.
VIEWINGS:
On receipt of a completed application WE will contact the current tenants to arrange viewings. Viewings will take place between 15th February and 19th February,2010.
APPLICATIONS:
Properties will be allocated at the Landlord's discretion subject to references.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS:
On receiving notification of a successful application each applicant must submit within 7 days-
Lease papers will be issued and must be returned within 7 days.
If you are a current tenant of MDDC and moving to another property a new deposit will be required. Deposits held will NOT be transferred.
Please note that if you withdraw your application your deposit will be held until a suitable replacement tenant is found.
If all requirements are not received within the timescale stated the property will be re-allocated.
NOTES:
Rents: Payable in advance by all tenants by STANDING ORDER.
Properties: Please ensure when viewing the property that it meets your requirements. PROPERTIES ARE LET AS SEEN.
Start Date: Please ensure that you have checked the start date for the lease. NOTE! Leases commencing in June, July or August will receive a 1/3 rent reduction up to 31st August UNLESS otherwise noted.
